The problem I have is that it feels they don’t respect our time as patients. We schedule an appointment which is in 1-2 months, the doctor goes on vacation without notice and cancels without rescheduling, we had to wait another 1-2 weeks for a nurse practitioner (basically a lawyer who didn’t pass the bar to be an attorney but as doctors) because the doctors’ schedule is unknown. Very unprofessional with time-keeping and front desk reception makes it look like you’re the crazy one for asking questions or for accommodations. ... read more
It looks like they deleted my last review Today was my first ever check up , I’m glad to say Dr.Trivette was such nice and welcoming person . Aside from the check in employees and Lab employees , THESE LADIES IN THE BACK NEED WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE . You can tell they seem bothered or rushed to do their job . I understand this can be these ladies 1000th pregnant woman they’ve assisted and gotten vitals for , but THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND that this might be a patients first or last pregnancy.
