I have had nothing but problems with this office. My annual check ups have been bumped and pushed every year by one month. The staff is rude and unprofessional. On top of that they were constantly billing things incorrectly as stated by my insurance company causing my insurance to not want to cover things that they would normally cover. RecommendedDr. Brittany Van Beek is absolutely amazing! I transferred to her care at 36 weeks after delivering my other two children in a different state with the same hospital and staff. I was so nervous but Dr. Van Beek answered all my questions and put me completely at ease. Keeping mine and my baby’s safety in mind, she supported my desire to have a natural delivery and was fantastic during delivery. I really couldn’t have done it with out her calming peaceful attitude. Dr. Ellis delivered Colson a month ago. I switched to this practice for this pregnancy and don't regret it for one second!
Literally the best OB practice I have been to. The staff/office is amazing which is always a bonus! Dr. Hillary Mitchell has been a godsend. Definitely recommend them!
Dr. O'Shea has delivered both of my children. She is sincere, relatable, and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciate her being my OBGYN. The staff has always been polite and everyone makes sure you know everything up front.
I’ve seen doctor Hillary Mitchell since about my second or third month being pregnant with my daughter. She delivered her 09/23/19 and did an amazing job. She got to the hospital super quick! She’s the sweetest and most outgoing OB I’ve ever had! Definitely going back if we have another baby ♥️ Thanks for everything! Also the other doctors at the Fairlawn office that I seen when Mitchell was out were great also!

The staff is friendly and Dr. Arnold is the best! I might be bias though because I have only seen her. This office makes you feel at home and they guide you through every appt and make sure you are comfortable and explain everything to you step by step.
I’ve been going here since I was 15 years old. I’m now 25 and Dr. O’Shea delivered my son. Today I went for a follow up appointment and I had my baby with me. He was crying and fussy. The medical assistants were so quick to come and check on me and took him and fed him so I could have my exam done. The staff here is amazing. I feel like I’m treated as family when I go into the office. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing prenatal care or any of you women’s health needs!
