Good customer device, very busy but the ice cream is worth the wait!
I Love the atmosphere! A Full family feel! Staff was great and I was able to enjoy the kids (And adults) being happy about icecream! Even my daughter who has a milk allergy was able to enjoy her Lemon sorbet!!
I’m not a frequent customer, however, when I have the urge for a banana split, Oberweis is my only place of choice! 🏾👍🏾
I took my 9 year old daughter to the Oberweis shop on Oak Park Ave. The girl at the cash register was in la-la land. There was no one in front of us, we walked in at 3:58 pm. The girl at the counter looks at us, leaves the counter right as I'm about tho the her we want a chocolate malt and starts moving around the rope thing that says 'line starts here'. Eveytime I go here i receive great customer service
The ice cream was great but service was fair. I asked for a scoop on a waffle bowl. My waffle bowl was not placed on a plate it was on the counter and handed to me after it had touched the servers hand and counter. Everyone else whom had a waffle bowl were given theirs in nice clear plastic bowls and a plate . I would def think twice before going again.
