My car had broken down in the street and we pushed it into a spot. The manager came running out and told us we had better be out of there in 30mins or else... the lack of human compassion is disgusting! I will never spend my money here and I am telling absolutely everyone of how poorly we were treated while in need!

Coco, the manager was simply asking how long it might take because we are sold out tonight and guests are arriving and they need the assigned parking spot. We sent Marshall, our maintenance person out there to assist you. Coco simply wanted to find out how long it might be. We would NEVER tell someone "you have 30 minutes, or else," actually, quite the opposite, we are known with all out guests that we go out of our way to assist when something goes wrong. Really enjoyed our recent visit to Leavenworth and our stay at the Obertal Inn. Located within easy walking distance from countless shops, restaurants, 3 local breweries, and a beautiful trail along the Wenatchee River. Our whole trip was 5-star. We'll be back!
Very nice place to stay. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Our room had king bed, fireplace, microwave, fridge, bathrobes, comfortable chairs, large (very large) jetted tub and an amazing shower with two heads. I had a breakfast of a bagel with fresh blueberries and strawberry. My husband had eggs with bacon,mushrooms, onions pepper. There was much more to choose from.
