We bought a new home from Pulte, and the entire process has been very frustrating and inflexible. The sales person was rude in the beginning and changed his attitude for the better after we complained to management. We missed one of the meetings before the dry wall was put up because the time was in the morning on a weekday when we had to work. Then the title company was the worst of all. Rude and unhelpful throughout. Not to mention the poor quality built.
Our sales person was very helpful during the process. Always went beyond the call of duty taking pictures and talking to us. Helped us out at closing. We appreciated the whole home buying experience.
