I located this business on the internet when trying to help one of my customers out with a bad ECM for his boat. I followed the shipping directions as indicated on their website and as I am in Canada, shipped the module to the US. I had outlined the issues that we had diagnosed with the ECM and received a call from Bob. He indicated that the ECM was bad as the Injector B bank was not firing and the IAC was bad as well. Terrible company! They bid on and won my auction on eBay and then NEVER PAID. Also did not return my multiple emails. Think twice before doing any business with this sleazy company.

Volvopenta ecm was going into limp mode on it's own. All the signals were good. Volvopenta wanted $3300 for a new one through the local dealer. Sent it to Bob at OBD diagnostics. He flashed the old one for $400 and it worked perfectly.

Here's my personal experience with OBD diagnostics and MefiBurn. I have a boat with a MEFI-3 ECM on it. Had an issue with the fuel pump and fuel injectors not starting up, so called my boat repairman out. He stated that the ECM was bad. Contacted multiple boat repair locations and everyone recommended Bob and OBD Diagnostics. Sent my ECM there and Bob stated that it was working just fine and that the problem must lie elsewhere.
