ORRS is a very successful real estate brokerage in the Anchorage, Eagle River, and Wasilla/Palmer areas with over 400 units under property management, numerous homeowner associations managed and many sales contracts completed each year. ORRS is also supported by TSK Maintenance, our in house maintenance company that services all our clients maintenance needs.

Todd has managed my home since 2010. He reached out to us on his own and recommended we refinance at 2.25% in 2020. He saved us a ton of money as our property manager, business advisor, and property coach. He is tough, fair, and honest. He holds renters and property owners responsible which I imagine is not always appreciated. He has advised me on 4 occasions, I took his advice and profited. You are welcome to your opinion of him but I have 15 years of fact behind me.
We rented a unit for 2 years and have nothing but great things to say. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. During our move out inspection, Todd was extremely helpful (he allowed us to make on the spot corrections to save me a cleaning fee). Military friendly. Highly recommend.
