I applied for this place, and their application says nothing about a credit check. Even though I make enough to pay for rent and everything, they declined me because of credit. False advertising for credit checks. Do not rent from these people.
We used Obanion for 8 years and had a great experience the whole time across 3 different moves in the city. Maintenance requests were handled timely, office staff was easy to deal with, and the online portal makes everything easy as well. I would highly recommend Obanion when trying to find a place to rent in this crazy housing market. They pretty much do all the work for you!
This company managed my condominium association and for the last 4 years there has been a leak in my roof they kept telling me that they would get it fixed and for 4 years they got nothing done before giving up on us. They were negligent on a lot of maintenance that led to the issue and brushed it off because theres language in the contract that protects them. Todd has managed my home since 2010. He reached out to us on his own and recommended we refinance at 2.25% in 2020. He saved us a ton of money as our property manager, business advisor, and property coach. He is tough, fair, and honest. He holds renters and property owners responsible which I imagine is not always appreciated. He has advised me on 4 occasions, I took his advice and profited. You are welcome to your opinion of him but I have 15 years of fact behind me.
