During our rental period, we had a broken fence for 6 months. We rented the home because we had a dog and the fence was necessary, but no matter how many times I requested obanion to fix it, they would not. I would not recommend renting from O’Banion and I certainly would not want them to manage a property for me. Here are some key reasons for my low review: Their maintenance department is a joke, every effort is taken to avoid spending on necessary repairs, including water damage. They just let it rot. Not to mention the manipulative tactics and generally dismissive attitude used by their office staff.
