I would not recommend renting from O’Banion and I certainly would not want them to manage a property for me. Here are some key reasons for my low review: Their maintenance department is a joke, every effort is taken to avoid spending on necessary repairs, including water damage. They just let it rot. Not to mention the manipulative tactics and generally dismissive attitude used by their office staff. Todd runs the best property management company I have ever used. I have trouble finding the same quality property management company for my other rental homes. I have used his company for 10 years and won’t go anywhere else. He is honest and straightforward. He will take care of your property.
I applied for this place, and their application says nothing about a credit check. Even though I make enough to pay for rent and everything, they declined me because of credit. False advertising for credit checks. Do not rent from these people.
