Todd runs the best property management company I have ever used. I have trouble finding the same quality property management company for my other rental homes. I have used his company for 10 years and won’t go anywhere else. He is honest and straightforward. He will take care of your property.
I applied for this place, and their application says nothing about a credit check. Even though I make enough to pay for rent and everything, they declined me because of credit. False advertising for credit checks. Do not rent from these people.
We used Obanion for 8 years and had a great experience the whole time across 3 different moves in the city. Maintenance requests were handled timely, office staff was easy to deal with, and the online portal makes everything easy as well. I would highly recommend Obanion when trying to find a place to rent in this crazy housing market. They pretty much do all the work for you!
