Upon arriving for my first ultrasound and pregnancy confirmation appointment, I was informed of horrible news regarding the life of my unborn child. STAT blood work was ordered and other forms of tests were done. According to the Lab, the results were in 1.5 hours after completion. I started seeing Dr. Hardin a few months into my second pregnancy. I began seeing the same doctor I saw for my first pregnancy for my second and felt brushed off, rushed, out of the loop, and dismissed. I came to this office at the recommendation of a friend and was placed with Dr. Hardin and could not be more thankful for her care. Dr. Hildebrand and the staff at OBGYN Specialists of Tulsa are amazing. They are super courteous and informative. I came in for a general check up and have now had two pregnancies with Dr. Hildebrand. She has always made me feel confident and heard in my medical choices.
Deeply, truly the worst medical office experience of my life. Care from the doctor was fine but I left after four appointments to find new prenatal care due to the extremely rude staff. Appointments were never on time, often more than an hour late. The billing office will contact you for seemingly the rest of your life for bills you have already taken care of and they have little to no explanation for why or what you owe.
