I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Watson. From the moment I walked into the office, to my exam, everything felt smooth and comfortable. The front waiting room is cozy and comfortable, the front office staff courteous and knowledgeable, her nurse was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable before even seeing the doctor. Doctor Watson took her time to get to know me and my personal needs. I've never felt more comfortable at an OB visit before (and I have 4 kids!!). Will definitely be back for all my womanly needs!
I had great respect for this doctor and he provided excellent care during my pregnancy. However, when I returned with serious health concerns unrelated to pregnancy, I felt completely dismissed. I went to him experiencing severe, constant pain—not just during my period, but throughout the entire month. I had debilitating pain in my pelvis, back, and legs. I have had a lot of medical issues over the past few years; progressive over the past year. It's frustrating to feel like a burden and to always need something. The staff here made me feel welcome, were patient and naturally kind. Dr. Burt was exactly what I needed. Direct with a touch of compassion, focused on health and wellness. His expertise is evident. I would not recommend this place especially is you are a POC! They told me I needed to have a 7k surgery and refused to send my ultrasound until I contacted the office manager . Once I got it I went to get a 2nd opinion and the other doctor did not see anything they said that I had . They diagnosed me with PCOS which can only be confirmed with bloodwork and no bloodwork was taken . That was just 1 of the things they said I had .
