My experience with Dr. Burt was very valuable and helpful though I neglected to ask about the cost of the V-tone treatment as to whether Medicare helps pay for this treatment or if not, how much will it cost? Anne Smith
Dr Burt is the best! He's been my ob/gyn for over 15 years. He delivered my son and now is navigating me through menopause. He listens and cares and I never feel unheard or rushed when I see him.
The overall experience was good. Considering the price charged, the service was reasonable and satisfactory. I especially liked the ultrasound team. They were friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. The only aspect I was not satisfied with was the service provided by one of the front desk staff members on the 5th floor. The other two receptionists were very kind and professional. However, the staff member who answered my phone call was rude when responding to my questions about a transvaginal ultrasound.
