I had a deeply disappointing and distressing experience at this office during a very vulnerable time. I came in with clear concerns about my pregnancy and was dealing with complications, including concerning scan results. Instead of feeling supported or guided, I felt dismissed and unheard. Despite multiple indicators that something was wrong, I was told to wait up to two more weeks for another ultrasound, with no urgency or alternative options offered. Honestly the best ob/gyn group at UPMC. They are a great, solid team of doctors. I used them in the past but then had a change of insurance and had to go with a AHN group. When I realized my coverage changed back, I RAN back to OGAP.
I can honestly say that Dr. Reinhart, Dr. Shaheen, Dr. Hoca and Dr. McCune are fantastic!!! They are knowledgeable, patient and kind. They never rushed my questions or rushed a visit and I felt as though they had a handle on my care and their experience and knowledge was trustworthy.
ONCE AGAIN!!! Gretchen Doyle is the absolute greatest. She is compassionate and thorough. Helping me through a concerning time. She addressed all my concerns with information that I could understand! She took as much time as I needed to feel confident and comfortable! Would recommend her one million percent!
No bedside ultrasound at this location like other locations due to cost of replacing the one they had. Very disappointing.
