I am happily five weeks pregnant with my second child and had my first appointment today - The Leesburg office ended up refusing me as a patient because I have high blood pressure AND THEN refused to send a referral to Winnie Palmer for me. They had zero compassion for me and my unborn child, leaving me feeling hopeless and scared. The doctor even had the nerve to tell me I’d probably have my baby at 32 weeks! I absolutely love Dr Britt. However, this office apparently does not check to see where to send the lab work and where my insurance is contracted. I called and Kayley informed me it is my responsibility to know what lab my insurance covers!! And the $618 bill is my problem! She was very rude and belittling and this is not how you treat patients!
Family atmosphere with doctors (and staff) who go out of their way to be sure their patients are well cared for!
I really like the doctors and staff. Very kind and professional! My only complaint is that they don’t allow my husband to come back with me until the very end.
I had a great experience today with Dr Britt. I recommend her highly for GYN care. Very upscale office with dressing room in examining area. Doctor meets with you first to get to know you. Exceptional practitioner and person. I wouldn’t hesitate to give her five stars!!
