Terrible! It's impossible to speak to a real human being over there! I hate having to listen to all the menu options and then when you are through that merry-go-round, you only get to a voicemail. It is ridiculous! And when I did get an appointment, the doctor came in, prescribed me something and left! Did not ask if I had any questions or talk to me at all about it or my situation. They are too busy for their own good! I am a patient, not just another chart number!
He is one if not the best obgyn Dr in Montgomery, Alabama. He is like family, professional, care for and about all of his patients. Great beside manner, up on the latest innovations of female medicines and I wouldn't go anywhere else. If i hit the lottery i'd give him a cool million! Kathy T
Dr. Desaults was my Dr. He was splendid. As a 1st timer parent he walked me through every thing, and even during delivery he allowed my husband to snap pictures of our son once he was delivered.I appreciate his honesty and directness, and bedside manner was great. I can't tell enough people that if you have to find an OBGYN this man is the best of the best, and his staff is fantastic!!!!!!!

Best ObGyn ever! Every problem I have as a female is taken seriously by this man. He's brilliant and has generations of experience birthing babies in my family. He's always fun to visit but takes your visit seriously. Staff is good too.
Even when they're busy, they all try to take care of everyone. They do make a point to see patients ny importance. Meaning that if you had to wait a while and no one else medically needs to be seen before you, they work hard to squeeze you in and give you the attention you need for your purpose to be there. They all like to make sure the pregnant women are seen ASAP!
Is it too much to ask that the front desk not be rude and condescending? Probably. My doctor is wonderful and is very knowledgeable about my condition. If not for that, I would go elsewhere because having to deal with rudeness and incompetence every time I go for even simple lab work is annoying.
This place is to over crowded. They do not care about you at all. You are money to them and nothing else. I only saw a doctor 2 times in the 6 months I was a paitent there. They forgot my aptointments twice and I had to be there lots of extra time. Switching providers was the best thing I ever did.
Dr Waller is amazing! All the doctors here are! I have been going here for years and would never change unless I was moving out of state! Yes, they are busy, but before I went here I went to another office that was never busy and I knew why! The doctor was horrible.. just tried to sell products and give you the SAME speech every time.
