My wife went into labor at 38 weeks and had to have emergency C-section due to baby being breech because the doctors here discouraged an ultrasound at 36 weeks to determine position of baby. Both Dr. Dunnavant and Dr. Vigneshwar only felt the belly with their hands to determine where the head was. The emergency C-section has lead to a very difficult postpartum recovery and other health issues, like internal bleeding. If she had gotten an ultrasound like she asked for, likely an ECV could've been done and she could've had a v... read more
