From start to finish everything was amazing. I wasnt sure about the health of the tree in my backyard. And it was great to have an honest opinion on it. David was great! He advised me the whole way through about all the work being done. Their crew showed up on time, was courteous and cleaned up the yard really well after the job was completed! Very pleased with the tree trimming done for us. The tree looks great compared with what it was before. Care was taken to avoid the flower beds. Dave and Josh spontaneously intervened when they saw a man I hired on a 40-ft ladder with a chainsaw. Out of the goodness of their hearts and professional ethics, Dave and Josh offered to complete the job without charge to ensure the man's safety. When I arrived home, Josh was below skillfully lowering branches using ropes and pulleys after Dave above made quick work of cutting them from the 60-foot trunk. Excellent service at a fair price! They knew exactly what needed to be done and executed it perfectly. Couldn't be happier. Needed this hickory brought down carefully around my sand mound and to leave enough for the slack line. Great work! Quick and efficient. Had another dead tree that would have fallen on my garage. They dropped it precisely in the woods with no harm to anything.
