My Wife had a great experience with her surgeon and the surgery. But Some staff or management seemed disorganized compared to other places. Maybe they haven’t been up and running long enough or put enough effort into their staff. Everyone was polite though and I’m sure they’ll get better.
I was really scared of having surgery, but everyone here was so patient and kind, and the place itself was so clean and calm. The nurses who helped me after surgery were especially patient and took such good care of me in my just-out-of-anesthesia state! The whole experience was nowhere near as stressful as I’d feared, thanks in large part to this facility and the amazing nurses.
This place made a scary experience (surgery) so soft for me. Every single person and nurse was so kind and warm. I even woke up with heart shaped bandages over my incisions. They made me feel comfortable, informed, not rushed. The billing was really transparent and more reasonably priced than a hospital would have been for me. The center was beautiful and felt so clean. The whole experience flowed smoothly and I'm grateful that this surgery is now marked with sweet memories on the road to healing. Thank you OATH.
