While no-one really hopes for surgery, when it became necessary for me, I was fortunate to use the Oath West Surgical Center. It was welcoming and professional with all the staff showing kindness and expertise. Chelsea, clinical director, took special care of me from the time I arrived until she helped me dress to go home. My procedure was explained to me in detail and my questions and concerns were addressed by both doctors before the surgery. Chelsea even called me the next day to check on me. Yesterday I had surgery at Oath Surgical Center. It was a 100% pleasant experience from start to finish! The staff that prepped me for surgery, Emily, Dione & Angela were so caring, making me comfortable. Dr Sean McNally, such a happy, cheerful, caring guy, came to go over my procedure then was taken off to surgical room where they made my day, I scooted over onto the table by myself and they complimented me at how easily at 78 yrs old I did that, they said most can’t! My initial experience was not great due to my doctor’s office not contacting my insurance provider in a timely manner which delayed approval until just 2 days before the surgery. Then, I was told I needed to get an EKG 2 days prior to the procedure and it was scheduled at a hospital rather than an out of hospital center. I told them I didn’t think that procedure was necessary because I’d had one recently - and I canceled the surgery! But then everything got markedly better after that!
