DO NOT MOVE Rats the place falling apart like playdoh. No air, all my sinks have fallen from the counter, horrible rats, roaches, floor sinking in, plumbing issues, etc. I could go on. They covered the hole and the rats made a new one in 3 days!!! Every one has AC units. Not worth it
Management not good When someone give you a price on a lease and you pay deposit everything comes back clear and then they tell you the price have went up that's not cool I will be reporting the girls who work there and the apartment complex for allowing that I paid my deposit Friday and and on Tuesday they say price went up while my background is being check
Maintenance does not do anything When i moved in less than 3 weeks ago the apartment had several problems. It took 2 days just to get blinds. I put maintenance request on the portal and in person for the other problems surprise surprise they still havent done anything. There are problems in every single room.

Awesome Management I live in building !829 and I love my apt. Raquel and her staff is the best they like family to me very PROFESSIONAL.
1729 Oates Dr Apt 928 My complex is okay. Management could be a little better and act more caring of the residents and be more knowledgeable of when things will get done that they have offered. The maintenance is great they always come in a timely manner and help out any way they can.
