There so nice and bubbly, not gonna lie cute too 🤦🏻♂️😂 I went in there not knowing a single thing and they took time to explain it all. That’s the staff but even the doctor was really helpful in answering questions
I do my due diligence as a patient (urine samples, doctor appointments etc.) yet the employees here can't even remember to send off a script or release a hold on my meds. I have gone sick with my medication multiple times because of the negligence of the staff at this location. Hoping to change clinics as of tomorrow. If I could give no stars, I would.
I have attended many oatc clinics due to living in different cities and Barrie is by far the best one. They have a full service pharmacy on site so you never have to go elsewhere to get your medications or wait until they restock. Staff is wonderful and non judgmental. The girls that work here are super friendly and nice. You'll always be able to see a doctor and with limited wait times.
Love the girls there, they actually care about, they are Angels 😇 their used to be some mistakes with scripts not being at the right places, I don't think it was the girls but the doctors. Some doctors do seem like they just want u out of there but I'm sure they hear so many lies and being mistreated. Over all, I love they help that they have done for me, I do appreciate everything. Thanks guys!! 🤗😇💗
