This Clinic has amazing staff super friendly & supportive. Highly recommended
For the most par, they are okay. I'm not sure how to phrase this but I'm there for pain management but most are there because they want help. Well ever since they took over the whole building (pet place left) and changed from trc to oatc it has really become unsafe. I will come in (no matter what day or time) to find people there smoking crack/meth find needles and they do whatever they can do right in front. I have been a patient with the OATC for a decade, My Mom is currently in hospice in another city, forcing me to travel back n forth frequently. The staff and My Dr are amazing people they care about their patients and do all they can to support them in recovery. Its that intangible that makes a patient feel cared about and that is so important to an addict, that its like air.
Pretty disorganized, staff and drs don’t communicate well and there always seems to be a problem , try a different location
