Every time I go here I'm greeted by snotty women who can't take their eyes off their phone long enough to serve me. And when they do they dual out harm reduction supplies like they're coming out of their own pockets. They say that they abide by the rules and guidelines that the city of Kitchener put out but the city of Houston the guidelines agreed upon by the government of Ontario and those guidelines are to give a as much harm reduction supplies as a person needs to keep themselves safe. I transferred to this address because I was having issues with the other clinic, constantly messaging with my dose and not only that bare ppl doing drugs right outside the door, now idk if its the company its self but they are aweful both locations. Ive been sober and testing clean for 2 years now. I still get sick because they are always incorrect with my meds, im pregnant and constantly sick because they dont always give me my dose on time and heck if you voice it its a problem I see why certain ppl end back on drugs. Looking for contact information for whoever runs the Park Street OATC clinic. Receptionist Joanne has been giving private health information about patients over the phone. Apparently any average joe can call the clinic and say any patients name and she will happily divulge any confidential information as long as she recognizes their name.

Comments praise the nurses but Dee recently gave up and quit and got a job elsewhere. Obviously she never really cared or liked her job, which sucks because she was the nicest person there.
