I transferred to this address because I was having issues with the other clinic, constantly messaging with my dose and not only that bare ppl doing drugs right outside the door, now idk if its the company its self but they are aweful both locations. Ive been sober and testing clean for 2 years now. I still get sick because they are always incorrect with my meds, im pregnant and constantly sick because they dont always give me my dose on time and heck if you voice it its a problem I see why certain ppl end back on drugs. Looking for contact information for whoever runs the Park Street OATC clinic. Receptionist Joanne has been giving private health information about patients over the phone. Apparently any average joe can call the clinic and say any patients name and she will happily divulge any confidential information as long as she recognizes their name.
Comments praise the nurses but Dee recently gave up and quit and got a job elsewhere. Obviously she never really cared or liked her job, which sucks because she was the nicest person there.
Dee, Kris, and Joanne run the clinic really well, are super pleasant, and are always willing to help. I don't think they realize how important the work they do is. Doctor Frank is also an awesome and compassionate person who legitimately cares about his patients. All-in-all, a well run clinic with a supportive staff.
Can't say enough about wonderful staff, who treat all with dignity. Dr. Frank is a compassionate man & great doctor. If you have a problem, this is the place for you.
