I had a very disappointing experience at this orthopedic office, specifically with a staff member named Nora. From the moment I interacted with her, her attitude came across as rude and condescending. I don’t usually leave reviews like this ever but instead of feeling supported or listened to, I felt dismissed and uncomfortable asking questions about my care.
