The bulbs are old!!! Several bulbs out in the beds!!!
As you can guess STILL NO NEW BULBS!!!!!!people are paying for something they are not receiving. I was told months ago Kevin had new bulbs ordered (guess not huh)so what is new Dont waste your money go somewhere else. I have been going for months and I can"t even get a tan line. Wonder if he would refund my money I have wasted.
