I did not have a good experience here. I bought a package recently. My second visit was unpleasant, I checked in with my mask on as a complaint customer. The girl at the desk was very rude and sarcastic. I gave her name loudly and clearly with mask down. I asked if she needed anything else from me such as how long I wanted to lay; she then sarcastically said “no, you can wait in your car”. Nothing else was said, I had to ask for further instructions. I’m very disappointed in the place. I bought a tanning package and the girl working was very rude and friendly. Then I was told the only bed open was the stand up bed and I told her that’s not what I wanted. So I finally get in a bed . Then day two of tanning I go in and get told again the stand up bed is all that is open. I said I see two rooms open and the unfriendly girl says they are reserved. That shouldn’t be allowed.
