Owner was so helpful. They made it so easy for me. The rates were better than most of the storage companies I checked on. The storage facility is clean and well maintained lots of room to move in this 10 acer lot, It is definitely a refreshing experience. I would Definitely Recommend...

Moved to south lyon six months ago called several storage facilities picked this one because I was very pleased with my experience, they were very accommodating. the owner took the time to meet me at the storage at 8.30pm so I could fill out the paperwork that way I would not have to take off work, To me that is what I call service this place is clean has good prices, and nice people to deal with. I would Recommend...

Recently removed parent's RV and called office twice asking if the yearly storage fee would be prorated and the remaining balance refunded. The guy who answered both times said he would check & call back. Of course we have not heard from him and do expect to ever hear from him. The second time he sounded very annoyed that he had to answer the phone (it was during the weekday during normal business hours).
