The staff is very kind and careful. I would easily recommend this practice to anyone else who typically gets nervous at the dentist.
I used to fear going to the dentist. Since I've been seeing Dr Bold and his team, I look forward to my appointments.
I really like Jenny as my hygienist. She's meticulous and my teeth feel and look super clean afterwards. She gets rid of every little tiny stain. For that reason I have changed my visits to three times a year from twice a year.
This was our second visit and we are very pleased. Our son is terrified of the dentist, but you guys make it such a positive experience, from the ladies at the front desk, to the assistants, and the hygienist and dentist communications. He left with a smile on his face and We thank you!
This might be a duplicate but I'd rather give feedback twice than not at all. Dr. Bold's office is the best. I've never met a more qualified personable staff than in this office. Other dental offices should take lessons. I highly recommend Bold Smiles Dental.
Dr. Bold and his staffs never fail in providing an excellent service. From the moment you walk in until you leave, they make you feel important. They're personable yet professional, they listen to your concerns, show great cares and know you by name.
Always friendly and helpful
I've been going to Bold Smiles for about 5 years. Before that, I never considered the dentist as a quarterly routine. These guys are welcoming, warm, I'm never fearful nor concerned. I think this comforting atmosphere is why I'm more compliant with my dental care than ever before.
