My experience with Bold Smiles Dental began with an amazing experience with the office manager/receptionist. She is so very kind and helpful. Then I had a wonderful and thorough hygeniest appointment. I then met with Dr. Koehler and his assistant who were both very thorough,gentle and kind. I was also struck with how very clean and organized the office was. Nothing was out of place. High tech machinery and equipment. I am very very very impressed with the office and the service. I came to Dr. Bold having had a traumatic experience from a previous dentist. While I was not reluctant to have my crown installed, I still had some inner fear. However, Dr. Bold, and Assistant Kin, were my best experience thus far. I am actually looking forward to having my next crown installed. Dr. Bold used the Sirona Cerec process. Once the tooth is prepped, instead of installing a temporary crown, the Cerec equipment creates the crown in the dental office. Within two hours, I walked out with a permanent crown. I was very appreciative that he fit me in his hectic holiday schedule for my initial visit, and then took me in on his day off to repair my tooth with a crown........and followed up with a call to inquire as to how I was doing the following day.......THANKS Dr. Bold to you and your staff!

Excellent staff...Kin is super gentle.

Always the friendliest of staff, very little wait time, and all the amenities a patient with their mouth propped open could want!
