Richard was very informative and helped us understand the different elements involved in purchasing new units for our home. We felt comfortable having him and crew in our home, they were very polite and friendly, they cleaned the area and made it looked like nobody was ever inside our home doing any work, I really liked that about them, very efficient in their work. I have already recommended him to all of our neighbors. He is a 5 star in my book of recommendations...

They were very friendly and professional. We found out the last repairs done were not done correctly. Oasis made sure their work was done right and that we were satisfied with the end result. The owner of Oasis himself came out to check our A/C unit. He was great and didn't make us feel overwhelmed with the situation. I would definitely recommend Oasis Service, LLC to family and friends.

Richard and crew did an excellent professional job of replacing my furnace and ac system. The new system is an upgrade to the original in both equipment and installation. The crew was obviously proud of there work and it shows.

My situation was a little unique and embarrassing. From the start Richard was respectful, knowledgeable, very detailed, and very professional. His work crew was exactly the same. Richard and his crew did everything they said they would do and then some. The money I spent for this job was well worth it. A results driven and professional company that I totally recommend! Great Job!!!

Richard (and crew) were super-responsive, super-attentive, and by far the best value of everybody I quoted. In the middle of one of the worst cold snaps I've experienced here, Richard went from having a random call from me on Saturday evening to having a brand-new Heating and AC system installed by Monday afternoon. Never expected it to be that quick or easy. Also, the warranty they provide on labor doubled everybody else that I quoted out, so there's that too, which is nice.

Richard and crew were super-responsive and attentive. We went from calling them on Saturday evening wihle in the middle of quoting out a few competitors, to having a brand new Heating and AC system installed by Monday afternoon - in the middle of one of the worst cold snaps I can remember here. Came out to give us an estimate on re-insulating the duct work. Discovered that our refrigerant was low and that we probably have a small leak. Recharged refrigerant and gave a reasonable estimate on fixing the leak and re-insulating the duct work. Called to follow up to make sure we were still comfortable the day after. Also arranged for us to re-insulate the duct work at a very competitive price. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
