I am sorry to say that I had a very bad experience getting my hair done. I went in to get my roots touched up and my hair trimmed. The trim was OK but the color was horrible. She completely changed the color of my hair and I was extremely upset. I didn't want to go home or go to work the next day. After expressing my dissatisfaction she grudgingly tried to lighten it but it didn't do any good. While talking to her she was very rude and unprofessional.
