Two of the three large RV dealers in town never returned my calls for an appointment for a small warranty repair on my trailers water heater. The third gave me an appointment six weeks out. Oasis got me in the next day, found the loose wire that was causing the problem and fixed it in seven minutes. I doubt that can charged back to the water heater company but he refused to take any money. These guys are now my go to place for repairs.
