What a rude company. They work with the warranty company and we had such a bad experience. I texted the person the schedule the appointment. When they said there is nobody answering the door they did not even ask me and text me and because of that they closed the order so that we have to pay another $90 to ask them to come out again. WOW this is how the plumbing company and the home warranty company work together to rip people off.
Rocco is very honest. He helped us with our warranty when we first purchased our home. He guided us through the warranty process so we could get what we needed covered. His installation of our water heater and angle stops was professional, neat and efficient. His guidance and installation helped save us on our propane bill. We appreciated Rocco’s kindness in explaining things to us and making sure everything worked well.
