The service was good until the medical assistant decided to give my husband unsolicited and unprofessional Medical advice. When I reported Vicky to her supervisor all kinds of crazy things started happening. Appointment call saying we missed when we had no notification. Trying to steer my husband only to their people without referring to all his care. Total disregard for the treatment plan we decided on up and until her shenanigans almost cost my husband his job.
I had cervical replacement surgery with Dr. Tawfick, and I can guarantee that the surgery was a success. I highly recommend him and his staff. A little annoyed with the person administering the anesthesia, I think they could improve their way of treating patients. Otherwise, everything went very well.
My appointment was at the Union location this time and the staff there are was very nice and helpful to my needs everyone was so kind and polite. Dr. Johnson is one of a kind it’s not many doctors like him he’s very knowledgeable and help you understand your injury.I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson &Oasis
Dr Darlene Dobkowski, Dr Ralph wheeler and Dr Johnson are all amazing. They took their time to explain my condition and what to expect. They also reviewed my injuries and also took their time to explain what to expect next. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their personality and overall conduct when it comes to their patients health and concerns. Great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. The Dr. was pleasantly polite and patient. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.
