Beautiful apartment complex directly on the water, central location in Fort Lauderdale, walking distance to Las Olas and the beach. Absolutely a magical place and a true gem. Lovely neighbors and exclusive and prime location.
Beautiful spot at the end of isle of Venice! Great views of the big canal and great party room with pool next to it. Love visiting our friends who live there! Walking distance to beach and las olas. Lots of old Florida charm.
Do not buy a unit if a land trust or share is not included. The unit will be worth $0 in 2055 when the lease expires if the lease is not renewed! Some realtors fail to mention that…they and the seller still make their money 😟 I almost fell for it with unit 199. Update of 7/30/24. 6 units for sale and none of them have a land share!!!!! CAUTION!!!!! The will be worth nothing if the land lease is not renewed in 2055.
