I used to love this place but I came today and asked for SNS powder... They kept trying to give me different brands saying it was SNS. After asking several times, once they were done making it a big scene, they finally gave me SNS. The woman refused to soak off the old SNS, instead filing them and filing off much of my skin along with it. I told her several times that she was hurting me but she kept going. One of the best places I've gone so far. Came in with some ugly nails but left so satisfied when Louis fixed them! Definitely going again.
Louis, Tim, and Bob are absolutely the best. I always leave very happy. I have also often times told them I don’t know what I want to do and they come out amazing with their own creations!!!
Louis help d me with my nails, going off a picture. They came out amazing! And the price was right too.
Sloppy job... my cuticles weren’t cleaned up, the nail polish is on my skin, and the design I asked for looks like my five year old painted it. Smh. I should’ve known because this happened last time I was there, but I wanted to give them a second chance. Do not recommend.
