Even with our appointment- we had to wait 45 minutes for a nail technician. The pedicure felt rushed and the gel polish fell off most of my toes within a few days. I will not return to this salon.

I usually go here for a pedicure, i have an ingrown nail that I can’t get to safely. A week ago a distracted tech treated my feet like 2x4s and was done in record time, i asked her about the ingrown, she said she said it was gone. Went on my way. Sure enough, at exercise the pain was unbearable. Yesterday, went to another salon, she cut out a 1/4” triangle, ahhhhhhhhhh. I won’t return to convenient Oasis.

I initially gave this place 5 stars and was excited to bring a guest with me for a second visit. Unfortunately, my recent experience was far from what I had hoped for. The quality of service seems to heavily depend on the nail technician you get. This last visit was disappointing. The scrub and massage felt rushed, more like a two-minute blur of fast scrubbing and wiping than a relaxing experience. I even asked the technician to slow down, but she didn’t seem to take my request seriously. At one point, her nails actually cut... read more
