Edit: Customer service isn’t the same anymore. Moving on to a new spot after 4 years of coming here. Did try to address my issues with them first and was ignored. I love this place! Consistent quality no matter who you get, but Lucy is the best. Here are my fresh dip nails ($50) on the day I got them done and then 23 days later… and I am rough on my hands.
I have gone here a few times and have enjoyed the service provided by Summer, Toby and a few other people, but after today, sadly I will not be back. Without an appointment me, my husband and two kids came in for family manicures and pedicures. Realizing we had no appointment I knew we may have to wait a bit and I was told about 15 minutes. Okay, no problem. After about 20 minutes they sat my daughter and I then they said they would sit my husband and son. My first time at this salon and I am extremely disappointed. I came in for short French tips. The technician was rude and rough, resulting in a cut and bleeding on my finger during filing. He didn’t care and just used water to wipe off the blood which burned so much. The French tips were also very uneven. Given the poor service and injury, I am disappointed, especially considering the $75 cost with tip I paid.
This was my first time to visit Oasis. I asked the receptionist for someone who was gentle. He had Tiffany do my nails! She is AMAZING! Not only was she gentle, she was kind and thoughtful. She did an excellent job! My nails look great and I’m not in pain! I’ll definitely be returning! Thanks, Tiffany!
