I enjoy going here. It's relaxing, there's no push for buying extras and the girls are always polite.
Excellent service. Staff is always friendly and do a great job. It is clean and everything is sanitized. I have had pedicures and gel nails always a good experience
I have been going here awhile but this past experience was not a good one. The man never asked if I wanted my nails cut down. I had to tell him. After telling him he cut them way too short even though I said just a little bit shorter. Then got an attitude when I told him I have not had time to pick out a color. Now here I am 2 days later my nails are already chipping. For almost $50 it should last.
Normally it’s a 5 star when yuki or sonny do my nails and toes. They are out of town and Kevin did my nails today and I asked certain things to be fixed at the end result an he just kept saying I messed them up when they were drying. The first two times my fingers never moved. He never even offered to fix he just let me go and made me pay for it. I will never go again unless I have yuki and Sonny there. I know this wouldn’t have happened if they were there. I have been going there for 8 years and this is the first bad review... read more
