If I could give a ZERO I Would! It was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Instead of cutting the cuticle she ripped them. My cuticles were bleeding. The gel polish $42 without tip lasted less than 48 hours and peeled from the sides because she painted portions of my skin. In addition, she took a hot towel put it on my neck used it for my hands (which was nice but…) then folded it nicely and put it back in the warmer where she got it from instead of the hamper. I wanted to vomit!
Charged $120 for a UV gel basic pedicure! I was told by the owner this was the price after she gave me a $30 discount. $150 for a UV gel pedicure??? Outrageous!! On a positive note the technician was very nice and did a good job. Last time at Guilford Oasis for me.
Been a customer for about a year today on a Monday went for just a gel pedicure nothing fancy I was charged $90.00. This will be my last time at Oasis in Guildford. For that price I should gotten a manicure with the pedicure. They lost me as a customer.
The staff is super nice and caring. They take their time with you and do a great job! Lovely environment!
