My sister, 5 year old daughter and I all had THE BEST experience with our gel manicures and spa pedicures! We were happily greeted as soon as we walked in the door and completely taken care of. I NEVER do a full pedicure because my feet are So ticklish. However Elise (spelling?) took exceptional care of me and made me feel like a Queen, despite my laughing and squirming. Went in was told I need appointment for pedicure the owner is very unaccomphanied . I have been going for about a year after today she just lost three customers. I never made an appointment prior . At one time she asked me to pay cash honestly I will never recommend her maybe to the IRS
Was not asked what type of pedicure I wanted done (typically there’s pedicures of varying prices and services). A regular, no-nonsense gel pedicure was $75. Won’t be returning as there are better pedicures and better prices in Guilford
If I could give a ZERO I Would! It was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Instead of cutting the cuticle she ripped them. My cuticles were bleeding. The gel polish $42 without tip lasted less than 48 hours and peeled from the sides because she painted portions of my skin. In addition, she took a hot towel put it on my neck used it for my hands (which was nice but…) then folded it nicely and put it back in the warmer where she got it from instead of the hamper. I wanted to vomit!
