I got white shellac on my toes, and it started to look discolored less than 24 hours after leaving the salon. I called to inform them, and whoever answered the phone told me that was impossible, and it was something that I had done wrong, and they had never had this problem before. They just hang up the phone in my face because i was canceling my appointment! I had my appointment scheduled at 10. They asked me to come 10 mins before the appointment. Something came up and i simply couldn’t make it anymore. So i called them 10 mins before my appointment to cancel. The lady on the phone was angry at me and hang up in my face. 0/10 customer service

Deluxe pedicure was great but shellac manicure started majorly discoloring after 2 days. I have never had this happen before so I’m wondering if maybe an old top coat was used or not enough applied. On day 4 my thumb started chipping which I’ve never had happen with shellac before either.
