Terrible. Please do not advertise Reflexology if your technicians are not trained and do not perform anything close to reflexology. Paid for the pedicure with a 15 minute FOOT reflexology session and all she did was apply oil to my legs. Not even a leg massage ( no pressure was used). I observed my Daughter’s “massage” as well…. My first visit there on August. 8th 2025 and I loved it. The salon is very clean and prompt. I had a confirmation and follow up call from Tina regarding my appointment. Bora was ready for me when I arrived and the most amazing deluxe pedicure I have had. Better than any spa I have visited in the past. I loved it. Great Service
I love this salon. The girls are so professional and do such a nice job. The only negative is no tv to watch to kill time.
We have been coming to get the deluxe pedicures every month since May 2025. The salon is clean, efficient, techs are friendly and take great care. My mom is elderly and has enjoyed the relaxation of the deluxe pedicure. The treatment is top notch! If you are looking for a great and relaxing experience I strongly recommend Oasis!
Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Customer Service My recent visit to Oasis Nail and Spa for a "luxury pedicure" was incredibly disappointing. After a previous poor experience years ago with a broken massage remote I was unable to have the massaging chair work. I gave them another chance, only to find similar issues. The chair for my "zero-gravity" pedicure was faulty; it wouldn't recline, and the footrest was uncomfortably positioned, making true relaxation impossible.
