Last November moved from Dallas to Las Vegas... and was NOT prepared. AT ALL. Nothing was "packed" properly, and I was pretty disorganized. Oasis called me an hour beforehand on the pick up day, so I could make it home and the 2 guys that showed up to MOVE my stuff helped me repack some important things and were amazingly helpful. Worked with a branch of Oasis moving company in Arizona and then in Tennessee. Honestly I found all of their employees to be barely professional and less than competent. Contrary to claims on their website, their moving trucks were old and clearly second hand. The truck that dropped off my things was so old the driver could barely get the latch open to open the door because it was so bent and rusted. Literally the driver kicked the latch until it opened. After seeing some negative reviews online about this company, I'm sure like a lot of people, I was skeptical. However, the positive reviews outweigh the negative reviews, so I decided I would try this company out. I called the company and a friendly woman answered the phone and was happy to give me a quote. So far not so good and that is only after pick up. After picking up my items, I was charged $670 more than quoted for exact items that were listed in the initial inventory. Now, there is no way yo drop my items off in a smaller truck, which was also discussed when booking, at which time I was told a smaller truck was an option, but no discussion of extra costs. Be careful when contracting with this company. My niece had a representative of Oasis look at her belongings at give what the paperwork said was a, "binding" agreement to, "lock in" an estimate that included the cost of packing material and delivery time. When the movers arrived they increase the estimate by $800 by adding an increase for space ant the cost of packaging. Further they changed the delivery date. If Oasis call you run run run they lie cheat and steal every moving company return your deposit accept Oasis gave them over A month's notice they abruptly kept my deposit

Its been a horrible experience to use this moving company. Its been more than 50 days still I am chasing these guys for my shipment delivery and every time I am getting same answer it will get loaded on next week. They doesn't care about thier customers a single bit once you paid the booking amt and 40% at pick up. They all give you false n fake information. one day they called me that your shippment is loaded and truck is in route, 2 days later they emailed me saying that your shippment is still not loaded and we don't have... read more

I paid them $3,000 to move my belongings from California to Minnesota. They picked up my stuff on 7/11/2016. It's now 8/5/2016 and they still have not even shipped my belongings. They lied and said 5-10 days on the phone when I paid over $300 for a deposit 2 months prior to moving.
