I have so far had a great experience here. The staff are very nice and accomodating. Monette has been very accommodating to help me coordinate appointments.
Without a doubt the worst mental health experience I’ve had to date. Incredibly unprofessional, The woman I met with was a terrible mess, she appeared disheveled and she had paperwork everywhere. She didn’t know where anything was and I was the one trying to help her with my PHQ9 and anxiety questionnaire. She kept saying how good it was I took off for my assessment because she was taking was longer than the hour for a psych eval. Then she was typing an email at an abysmal pace to find out if she can do FMLA paper work. WHAT... read more
