The people at this location at horrible. They act like a bunch of low life inmates.
I just want to recognize one person in particular. Mrs. Amanda Jones, is an exceptional officer. She offered detailed instructions to a first time parent going through a tough situation as well as rendering it with empathy. I understand that it is her job to be knowledgeable but courtesy and empathy was given and that is something that is not valued enough. although my child made a mistake that took him down this path. I am grateful to know that such individuals such as Mrs. Jones will be in that path to correct the wrongs. ... read more
