Clean quite and friendly park
Updated to a newer looking MHP. You will NEVER worry about issues with your place. Ben & Gary are right on it. Included is a small, affordable, and very clean laundry room. You only pay your rent and SRP. It's very clean. Unfortunately, there's no pool. I've been here 6 months and hope to be here a long time. Most neighbors are awesome and look out for each other!
