Price fluffing or poor cost management?? I was quoted $400,000-$450,000 for their 2k sqft modular floor plan “Carson” as spec’d including septic/well/utilities/driveway in Howell. Absolute joke of a price no matter how “turn key” it is. At least they got me this number within a day?
