Had an appointment. Nurse was over an hour late. Had to leave for doctor appointment. Then she decided to hang up on me. Professionalism at it's best They lied and said they made two attempts to visit my home. Very much false. They just don't want to come out for home care.
Nurse called and said she was from Oasis and was calling to tell me she is coming tomorrow. I said excuse me are you telling me or asking me and she said I'm telling you. I told her to have her manager call me and there will be no house call tomorrow. Not a good first impression or representation for this business. Bad attitude. We will keep looking for a home health provider.
