The technician showed up early, and was extremely helpful in explaining the situation and the plan to correct the problem going forward. Unfortunately the tech could not access the roof due to lightning in the area, but we already have the next appt scheduled for Monday.

We’ve been using Oasis for our HVAC needs for years including the installation of our rooftop unit. Oasis makes everything easy from scheduling to payment. We recently just had the HVAC serviced by Joseph and he was very professional and thorough with his explanations. Highly recommended company. Update - just had Joseph come out again for routine maintenance and he has made some recommendations to ensure that I do not incur a bigger bill in the future!

Serge, Damir, and Samir worked at my business to replace my 20+ year old HVAC system. It was a tricky job as there was an odd placement for my HVAC system. Damir came out to assess what was wrong with my unit and explained what was going on and listened to my concerns about replacing the old unit. I was very nervous that they'd have to cut a giant hole in my kitchen wall, and they found a solution by moving the unit in and out of the closet ceiling to avoid a large drywall repair in my kitchen. The Oasis team is impressive! Online scheduling was a breeze and we had an appointment all squared away first thing the next morning. The AC tech was very knowledgeable and courteous and was able to come up with a solution and a quote very quickly. We’ve also had a great experience when dealing with a faulty tankless water heater. Would recommend without reservation!
