Everyone’s phone to make an appointment I’d be on the phone on hold for minimum 10 minutes to end up speaking to an arrogant receptionist. Very catty and un helpful. Tried making me remove shoes to walk into exam rooms, I refused. Dr was a joke and was always about making me do something for a charge. Terrible dr office and staff.
Dr. Rad is great. Front desk staff ( who ever answers and books the appointments ) is clearly incompetent of running the scheduling system. To start off I keep receiving calls to book an appointment for a child that does not even belong to me. The girl on the phone said “oh similar last names” pardon me? Similar? But not the same and me saying twice I do not have a child by that name did not register fully the first two times? Second problem. I love my doctor but wait times leave alot to be desired. Plus they don't see people in order. Came in for a 3pm appointment and a girl with a 310 appointment was taken in before I was.
