Terrible customer service. As soon as I walked into the store the cashier yelled profanity at me because I did not have a mask to the top of my nose. So unprofessional never seen that kind of conduct from a service provider. Been going here for 30 years never again will I be back.
My father has been going to Oasis Hand Car Wash for years without incident or problems. However, on Sept. 17th around 10:00am there was a scrape on the bottom passenger bumper. My father asked to speak to a manager, we were told there wasn't a manager on property. We asked for a name and number of a manager to get in contact with. The employees took us into the office to get us the information and to show us video playback. They don't take coupons on your mobile phone, remember to print it on a paper before you go. Service is ok. Crews are friendly.
