Really sad about the management of the clinic. Even the manager here isn't understanding and thinks that the patient is acting in bad faith. They won't take ownership of how poorly they administrate but would rather blame the patient. It's sad. Really sad.
I have never ever in my life had such a hard time trying to see my “family doctor”. Any time I call to see my doctor I’m told I’ll be waiting over a month to see them. I am a chronically ill person and require to see my doctors during my flare ups but I can not schedule my flare ups. If I get a phone call appointment I get “ this is a in person appointment I can’t do anything over the phone. I KNOW I NEED A IN PERSON APPOINTMENT BUT I CANT WAIT OVER A MONTH! Oasis Family Health is truly one of a kind. The doctors and staff are incredibly caring and dedicated. Dr. Ali has been a lifesaver for my family—always attentive, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we get the care we need. We couldn’t ask for better care for our whole family. Wajma Khan, the nurse and manager, is amazing—so warm and kind, she treats us like family every time we visit. Dr. Erum Rahel - Dont even go to this doctor. I was asked to consult this doctor for my sons eye irritation and she didn't even look at his eyes and rudely said this needs to be treated by family doctor. She has to understand that a patient if asking for medical help can only consult a doctor whom we get an appointment. Since my family doctor (Dr Hashmi - he is so good and experienced) was not free I got an appointment with Dr Rahel only and it ended up like this. Dr. Ali is hands down one of the best family doctor I've ever had. He is very patient and thorough.
