Horrible experience! Do yourself a favor and stay away!! Doctors might be fine but you have to deal with the other staff and THEY ARE THE PROBLEM!! They are rude and have no clue what customer service is. Nothing is their fault. Husband needed eye exam and glasses...we spent $1000 on glasses and prescription sunglasses...took almost a month to get the glasses...they are messed up and it is almost impossible to get an appointment. We have explained that he cant see through the glasses without angling his head in an uncomforta... read more
doctor is fine, but when a mistake is made on their part, try not make the customer feel it's was them that made the mistake, we pay for the service and if something goes wrong on your end, then you should take notice of that and not make excuses/lies on what happened. Communicate with your co-workers and front desk people so everyone knows what is going on and run the place the same way. If you don't know the answer ask for help.
Excellent with children and adults. Friendly staff and good selection of frames.
