Brady is the best; fixed the problem I was concerned with. Whistle almost lost me; he saved a customer. This is the best wash I have ever had since I started coming here for over a year. He gets a ten plus.
The car wash is okay overall, but the Manager got into an altercation with me. I felt very uncomfortable and not safe in this environment. The manager verbally threatened me to harm me, and the police was called. If you don’t want to be harassed and threatened AVOID HERE!!
It is by far one of the better car washes because it provides towels & cleaning products (carpet & window). It has two types of vacuums & the wider one worked perfectly! It was the narrow one that had about 4% suction! It was an epic fail!
I will never go to a whistle express again. I went to get my car washed before going to visit my family for Thanksgiving and was actually shocked at the way I was treated. I asked about buying a membership but the gentleman (I didn't get his name, it was a skinny black guy) told me I didn't need to buy one, that he would give me a free car wash in exchange for my number.
