I recently purchased the highest-tier wash package and unfortunately was disappointed with the results. My vehicle came out with noticeable soap residue still on the surface, and several areas remained dirty. When I spoke with the manager, he acknowledged there was an issue with the soap dispenser that required a replacement part. I appreciate the transparency. Did not wash off most of the suds and this has been multiple times now
I have a membership and I came to this location to get my car wash and my car wasn't clean I asked for a re wash and the manager told me I can't get a re wash with the plan I have I have to get the more expensive one which Is ridiculous to me when you all promote unlimited and i emailed because Im about to cancel my membership and o elsewhere no response
